Tamarind juice

Fresh tamarind fruit
1 to 2 liters of water
Sugar according to your taste

Macerate the seeds in the water for about ten minutes.


Knead with your own hand to extract the juice then filter, sweeten and perfume eventually.
Serve well fresh.
