Yebessessi – Moyo with Sardine
- 3 peppers
- 4 to matoes
- 1 onion
- 1 cube
- 1 sardine
- Salt to taste
- Crush the pepper, 3 tomatoes and 1/2 onion
- Add cube taste and add salt if necessary.
- Drain and add the sardine
- Cut the 1/2 onion and 1 tomato very finely and add it to the Yebessessi
- Serve with Akoume, ably, Akpan or Koliko
