Adokougbi (Turkey rump)
- 3-6 Turkey rump
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 2 ~5 cloves
- 2 ~5 whole all spice
- 2 tablespoon garlic
- 1 cube
- 1 Bay leave
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon orange dye
- Mix all the ingredients together, add water and cook for 30 min
- Fry on each side for 3 min
